I recently ran into transmission issues with my 2017 Silverado that I got from Salvadore. I called the service department (while still stranded on the roadside!) to see if it was ok for AAA to tow the truck to the dealership. By the time I was off the phone I already had an appointment scheduled for a tech to look at it which was a huge relief! Rafael was great about calling me and letting me know how the progress was going. The truck was done ahead of the estimated time and for less than the estimated cost! He was a pleasure to work with and really eased my mind - I felt like I was in good hands. Thanks for the help!!

My truck went into the body shop after an accident. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. My truck looks great! As im hoping not to have another accident but if it does happen again I will be coming back. Thanks to Eric and the team!

Great, except the ran my Yukon through the car wash and my front license plate was pulled up and bent from it. No one noticed, I went to pick it up and saw it.
