My rear brakes failed so I brought it to Salvadore. They had it diagnosed and fixed in a few hours. Didn't hurt my pocketbook too much either.

The primary service was good. Separately, I asked for replacement of two damaged lug nuts only to find out that the cost was $14 each for a total of $28. I think this is a ridiculous price considering all the lug nuts had to come off the vehicle anyway, just to perform my inspection and tire rotation. As a longtime customer, I found this quote to be unreasonable and did not proceed with the installation. I subsequently went down the street and purchased two lug nuts for two dollars each and put them on when I got home. When spending over $168 on routine maintenance, this was not the kind of service or pricing that I would expect. I would almost categorize this as gouging, and an effort to take advantage of those who might not be able to install a simple lug nut on their own.

I was able to make a same day appointment for a Service and Inspection sticker. Everyone that I dealt with in the shop was helpful, courteous and very pleasant to deal with. Excellent customer service all around!

I was in for scheduled oil change, tire rotation and 60,000 mile maintenance. Everyone, as usual, was terrific. The team decided I should change a couple of filters; they showed the (dirty!) ones to me, told me exactly how much each would cost, and asked if I wanted to go forward. Of course! I trust you guys to always give me good advice. Thanks!
