The process went smooth. I asked to test drive a vehicle and I was allowed to with no hesitation. I couldn’t make up my mind so I had to test drive another vehicle and they did not find that as an inconvenience and I was able to test drive as many vehicles, well only two… to feel comfortable in the purchase.

I came in for an oil change, which stated no appointment needed. It took two hours to complete the task which felt too long. The only reason why I’m giving the four star is the service tech apologized and took $20 off of the bill.

The overall service was excellent. The problem was. I made an appointment to have the issue with my tire sensors. And somehow ended up getting in oil change that I did not need. I had just had that done a week ago I don't know how that happens that explains looking at Mike. Air filter when you're working on my tires.But I didn't expect to pay more than a couple hundred dollars for my tire service. Instead I paid close two five hundred dollars. And did not realize why it was so much until I looked at my receipt at home later.Then notice the new sticker for my oil on my windshield.Which replaced the one I had from the week before.

We had an excellent experience. Our salesman Ivo, was very knowledgeable, easy going and personable. The price of the vehicle was fair and in line with other dealers but with the convenience of being close to home.

I have to say I’ve had issues with a Dodge Darango but never with the people that work at Salvador. Arron at the Dodge service center was very good and now that I’m dealing with the Chevrolet side again I’m very happy with the people. I’d recommend Salvador’s to anyone.

Check engine light came on. Salvadore serviced. $1100. Two days later check engine light came on again with same code. Salvadore serviced again at $2050. Check engine has come a 3rd time with the same code. Not happy. $3000 and problem not fixed. Still getting same check engine code.

They took me in right on time, asked if I wanted them to wash my car and told me it would take an hour. I sat in the waiting room , watched some tv and did a crossword that I had brought with me. The people were very nice and the car was clean.

The guys were very helpful, I went in with what i wanted. Matt worked with me to find the cars I was looking at. Always go in with the top 3 if you do your research on the cars in the lot. We found one that I wanted and test drove it. Loved it! Amazing Brian helped me to find a finance company and I got to take it my new to me car. Thank you to all who were involved in helping again for my 4th vehicle at Salvadore’s!! Great team there!

Simple service infomation unit diagnosis. Took 2 days………. Service agent reports problem could not initially answer what testing was performed to determine the unit was dead A price was service was given 1600 when agent questioned the decline i states the price they then said would check with manager called back with new price 4-500 lower ……….HELLO….,,,, i must be fn stupid all set bye bye

Always a great experience working with Salvadore Chevy. Ivilo and Jermaine worked with me quickly and got me a GREAT deal on a 2025 trax in October. Unfortunately I hit black ice and totaled my car shortly after. I went back and was treated with great customer service just like the first time. They worked very hard to get me approved for another vehicle in an extremely timely manner. (I'm not very patient when it comes to these things) but it all worked out and I will most likely continue to buy from them in the future.

I had the check engine come on , so I called Rich, made an appointment. Brought it in and it was diagnosed as #1 cylinder glow plug. Rich advised me of the cost, I gave him the go ahead. I got a call, truck was ready and under the quote. Great job Rich and also your service dept.

When I bought two cars on the same day, the sales rep and finance manager gave me 3 free oil changes for my used Chevy Trailblazer. I was told there was no charge the morning when I went in for scheduled services that were under warranty, including an oil change. I was later called at work and told it would be 89.99 for the oil change and that I only was to have two free oil changes, and that the sales rep and manager whom I received the third one from, no longer worked there. This was not my problem; this dealership is well known for pulling stunts like this. They gave me the third oil change at no charge after much back and forth, but I will never be back.

I am very pleased with the service received from Salvadore Chevy. I went into the service area with 2 issues. One was easily fixed, the blower on the heater and the other was a strange noise from the engine. A little harder to figure out. Their noise expert (Tom) was able to hear immediately that it was a starter going. Al Fontaine gave me a loaner car for 2 days while my car was in service. This was very much appreciated . Rich Bachelder made sure that everything was taken care of for me. All went above and beyond.

Met with sales reps to get pricing on Silverado double cab RST diesel. They gave me straight detailed line by line pricing! They also gave me a good trade value for my current truck. They even reviewed the quote I had from another dealership and told me that the hand written quote I had would change. I asked if the quote was good thru the next day and it was. I went back to the other dealership and sure enough a bunch of hidden costs appeared. The next day I bought the truck from Salvadore along with some accessories. Glenn was very helpful with getting me my car. I went in not very confident due to my low credit score but that didn’t stop him from trying. He walked me through every step very thoroughly. Also very friendly which made the experience less stressful.

In early March dropped my vehicle off at Salvadores in gardner Massachusetts ... Car was not running properly or not at all .. Informed servicedepartmentthat i believed ir needed a new ECM ... Had vehicle towed to Salvadores for repair ... Charged 2 hours of diagnostic time at 370 dollars ... 5 days later service department Informed me it was a loose plug and vehicle was ready to be picked up ... Car ran properly for approximately 2 days then the same problems happened again ... Had Car towed again to Salvadores on 4 - 8 - 26 .... Paid another 370 dollars for the same diagnostic test ... Was Informed that the ECM was no good and should be replaced which is what I Informed the service department the 1st time I brought it in .... Service department replaced ECM to a tune of 961.46 .... Not saying they did a poor job but they probably should have checked more closely the 1st time .... Could have saved 370 dollars on the 1st service which would have prevented me from renting a car .... Would have appreciated the 2nd diagnostic test at no-charge .... Hope they got it right this time ... Very friendly service department and would bring my vehicle back there but hopefully at this point I just hope they fixed the problem .... Thanks , J.Butts.

Tried to have my computers ecu changed and programmed talked to someone who has no knowledge about trucks and gave wrong info to mechanic on what to do then charged me 400 dollars with no answer why it wasn't working or any help what so ever honestly I think your a bunch of scammers and just ripped me off badly. I will not be bring my vehicle back to you and will tell others to do so also. Thanks for taking advantage of me!

Very good job all around

This was the infuriating situation I have ever faced with a service department. After my last oil change, I was told that my brake pad and rotor life were excellent, but there was brake pulse and it was recommended that I have the rotors turned. I brought the truck in to have the brakes turned. After spending $400.00 I drove onto the highway and the pulse was still there. When I returned to the dealership that the wrong service was keyed into the system and all they did was take apart my calipers and degrease the slides. I was told to bring the truck back the following Monday, which I did. I received a phone call that my brakes would all need to be replaced (pads and rotors) for a cost of $2,000. They also refused to use the money I paid for the brake caliper cleanup (which I did not need) towards the cost of the brakes. The dealership then asked what I was willing to pay, which I told them and the best they could offer was a $100 coupon. I picked up my truck and had it serviced at another reputable facility for almost half the cost. Will not be retuning for service or sales.

I purchased my Bolt virtually because I live in Worcester and I did not want to drive to Gardner to purchase the new car. Malik Adams was the sales person and Brian Meola was the finance person. My experience, via phone and email, was great. I was able to complete all of the paperwork with GM financial, my insurance company and the registry. I picked up the car the following day. Malik gave me a tutorial on all of the new controls available in the new bolt. The car was taken to the service department for inspection and then released to me. I was introduced to Christine in the service department and she set up my first service. Malik offered to show me the parts department, but I declined.
