Fast, professional and even washed my truck when they were done.

Very pleased with the professional service for my car. Everything was done in a very timely manner.

This was my first oil change for my new car. They took the car in right away and got to work on it. They even washed it for me, which it really needed after the winter we just had! The guys were very courteous.

Everyone was friendly and the transaction to a new vehicle was quick.

I had the pleasure of meeting & working with Salesman Andrew on 4/3/2025. Without hesitation, I found myself test driving a 2025 Chevy Equinox. I was immediately impressed with the new styling design, the smooth operation of a 1.5 turbo engine and especially the new interior changes from 2024 to 2025. Though I went there that morning to get my 2016 Malibu serviced and was only “thinking” about getting a newer SUV (for the bigger trunk capacity), II was so impressed with the Equinox, I didn’t even want to have to go test drive any other SUVs on the market. Andrew was amazing. He was the perfect Salesman representing Salvadore Chevrolet to help me. He was very knowledgeable about all specifics on each of the vehicles on the lot. He was caring of all my concerns and making sure he was meeting all my desires of price, features and added upgrades I was looking for. Of course I was quite hesitant, but with Andrew’s calm demeanor and most professional approach, he was the one who made my decision easy. Surprising myself that this was the first car I test drove and picked right away to buy! Thanks to Andrew and Salvadore Chevrolet!!

The service rep. I called, got my vehicle in quickly for initial appt to see what's wrong, it was reasonably quick appt., found issue, ordered parts and made appt to have fixed, once in for second appt., vehicle was fixed and I was notified it was complete. He handled it professionally and understood my needs.

competitive pricing on tire service, I was supposed to drop my car off for the day, but lost my drop off ride so was planning on a long wait. Alex was able to get my car right into the schedule so I was out within 3 hours. She did a great job

As always, the planning for, and execution of, the entire servicing action plan accommodated my currently limited physical needs as well as my concerns about keeping up-to-date with care needs of my "aging" vehicle which has served me well since I first got it as a lease, and then purchased it thereafter, six years ago. The staff at my dealership has been the sole provider of servicing for my vehicles for many years, even prior to this one, and I trust them implicitly & would recommend them to anyone.

I was completely satisfied with the service I received. I needed 1/2 of my motor rebuilt. It was fixed in a timely manner and they got GM to cover some of the cost as my warranty was expired. I strongly recommend Salvadore for purchasing and servicing your vehicle.

Dealership was not able to complete a repair due to ordering a part and gave me no time frame which service department said could be 2 days to 6 months to get the part in, vehicle was there for a week with no answers or follow up to approximate time frame which led me to have to have another dealership take a look at it for the repair. Also, I had to call to get updates. Salvador service charged me a $150 for the diagnostic fee (which I understand) and I also incurred a $600 bill for a rental vehicle and an additional $140 tow fees to another dealership who had the work completed in 2 business day. Unfortunately I had to make other arrangements since I was left with no options except to wait and continue to incur rental car fees in the hopes the part may come in sometime in the next 6 months. Vehicle was at Salvador from the May 9th to that 17th.

Invoice stated brake inspection would not incur cost of recommended brake service as a result of inspection when recommended work performed the same day however, brake inspection line item and subsequent charge was billed on invoice

The process went smooth. I asked to test drive a vehicle and I was allowed to with no hesitation. I couldn’t make up my mind so I had to test drive another vehicle and they did not find that as an inconvenience and I was able to test drive as many vehicles, well only two… to feel comfortable in the purchase.

I came in for an oil change, which stated no appointment needed. It took two hours to complete the task which felt too long. The only reason why I’m giving the four star is the service tech apologized and took $20 off of the bill.

I have to say I’ve had issues with a Dodge Darango but never with the people that work at Salvador. Arron at the Dodge service center was very good and now that I’m dealing with the Chevrolet side again I’m very happy with the people. I’d recommend Salvador’s to anyone.

The overall service was excellent. The problem was. I made an appointment to have the issue with my tire sensors. And somehow ended up getting in oil change that I did not need. I had just had that done a week ago I don't know how that happens that explains looking at Mike. Air filter when you're working on my tires.But I didn't expect to pay more than a couple hundred dollars for my tire service. Instead I paid close two five hundred dollars. And did not realize why it was so much until I looked at my receipt at home later.Then notice the new sticker for my oil on my windshield.Which replaced the one I had from the week before.

Simple service infomation unit diagnosis. Took 2 days………. Service agent reports problem could not initially answer what testing was performed to determine the unit was dead A price was service was given 1600 when agent questioned the decline i states the price they then said would check with manager called back with new price 4-500 lower ……….HELLO….,,,, i must be fn stupid all set bye bye
