Had my car checked after an engine light went on. The morning of service, the light went out. They still checked it out and reassured me that car was safe to drive. Told me if the light goes on again, they would try to get me in immediately. They explained what had been checked. As always they were friendly and helpful. Rich Bachelder has always been pleasant when listening to me. Thanks! Karen

I bought a 2024 Trax they recalled the engine after putting in a new engine I my screen kept going black making it dangerous to drive not able to connect to my wireless phone or maps nothing. I brought it in next day went back to see if it could be fixed as I am a firefighter and work for the state I need a vehicle the dealer who sold it to me said that they could not connect my android only apple spent 4hrs there kept asking what they were going to do as I needed a vehicle if it couldn't be fixed a had to buy a new one not a lot on there lot the sales man and manager at that point should of offered me a rental since we have bought 4 new vehicles since 2021 but at this point they just wanted the sale and I was extremely frustrated as I needed a vehicle they kept saying my Trax couldn't be fixed. So let's put it this way I traded in my 2021 Silverado monthly paypent $538 for the Trax $374 a month got $3000 credit used towards the Trax can't wait on getting a dependable vehicle so I feel I was forced to buy. I bought a chevey Calardo 2023 now I pay $659. I went back the next day and the Trax is sitting out side with a sticker on it with a stock number. I have no problem getting a dependable vehicle but I lost my $3000 equity plus the payments I made on something that would never be able to repair and I can't spend all the time back and forth and not have a vehicle for the lemon law that takes for ever. Sad situation seeing my wife wanted the car in the show the 2024 Equinox RS2024.
