Listen I habe come here multiple times for the same problem. I have also solely been coming here for my.oil changes for over a year. So no one else has touched my truck in a while. I understand that a check.engine light can be difficult, but with the amount of times it has been in there it feels like im.throwing money at the wind because it somehow always has a new problem. This last time was the last straw because I was not only told it needed a new map sensor I was asked if I continually have been putting coolant in. I said no I've never had to put coolant in. So I was told a leak was found on the tip of the radiator. Now I had just picked my truck up on 12/29 and drove it one time before bringing it back at the next available appt on 1/9. Can you tell me.how all of a sudden between all the visits including the last recent one where it was just there that this either just happened all of a sudden or it wasn't noticed before with all the times under the hood? No answers were had except it can happen. I have talked to 3 other dealerships, and they have all said that doesn't make.any sense and something happened to my truck while in there, but when I pressed it I kept getting cut off saying it can happen. So I decided to pick up my truck and will be bringing to another dealership even if it means an extra hour drive because I don't trust this dealership anymore. I should have known when I had to argue not too long ago what kind of oil I need and want in my truck. I had to get out my handbook to prove I was right in asking for it. When I picked up my truck the paperwork clearly states they think it's the map sensor, and they're guess is that it's all sooted up. But it's in a hard to reach place and they couldn't get to it in the alotted time of the diagnostic so they suggest I order a new map sensor and replace it. Do you want to explain to me if he thinks it's that and it's just all sooted up why I would get a call and say we'll have to charge you a little.more to get up there and clean that to see if that's the issue before suggesting I just order a new one before we know? Again this is why I feel I am throwing money tk the wind because things seem to being done on a guess and not a know. His own words say it in the paperwork. I have a household with 5 over 60k vehicles that we were bringing here and your Jeep side. This will not be the case anymore as business will be being brought else where. Rafael is great by the way, and seems to be the only one that knows what's going on back there, that kid deserves a raise and promotion. Too bad he's not going to be enough to keep customers though.

My rear brakes failed so I brought it to Salvadore. They had it diagnosed and fixed in a few hours. Didn't hurt my pocketbook too much either.
