I had no trouble getting an appointment to get my car serviced. The staff was very welcoming and took care of me immediately. They gave me an estimate on time and my car was ready within that time. It was a job well done, as usual when I go there. I even had the opportunity to have a friendly chat with Glenn Wallace who sold me the car. I would definitely recommend Salvadores to my friends and family.

I came in for an oil change and an alignment...After getting my truck back, the steering wheel still was not straight. I called back and scheduled to come back in today, they realigned it, and it's still not straight. The wheel is slightly to the left and if you hold it straight the car moves to the right. I also noticed the read out I got last week compared to the one today if you compare the ending report of last week and the starting report of this visit, they're not even close to the same. Why didn't I turn around and bring it right back, how can I trust it to be done right at this point. I live 50 minutes away and I'm in the middle of my work day which is a 40 minute ride also. I typically wait when I come in and it always seems like a bother that I do whenever I have more work than an oil change done.

I purchased a 2022 Trax in April, 2024. As soon as I walked through the door I was bombarded with pressure to purchase an extended warranty. I assume there’s a commission or stipend as the motivator for the Salvadore employees. I declined the warranty and was told by Brian Meola (spelling) that the extended warranty would cover everything except collision, oil changes and brakes. Because of this blatantly false information, I purchased the warranty. While having the vehicle serviced, I told the staff there was condensation in the rear light. I was told the $560.00 + tax was not covered because lights are not covered under the extended warranty that I was told would cover everything. I want to be reimbursed for the full amount of the extended warranty.
