As always, the service department staff is very professional, pleasant, and explains things clearly. The service was completed well before the promised date which was wonderful! We can always say that Salvadore Chevy gives great service at a fair price with a smile from Rick, Rich, and the rest of the team!
The young lady that initially met me and processed my paperwork was excellent. Great personality and very welcoming. She is an asset to Salvatore Chevrolet. Sorry I don���t recall her name. The service, oil change, was completed timely and my car was washed and I was on my way. Great job!
As always, for the last several decades, the service I received was of good, kind, thoughtful, timely and professional quality and worthy of my continued patronage for however much longer I'm able to drive. The personnel go out of their way to be helpful as well as personalizing their interactions with customers to address their concerns and suggest potential future needs which may need to be considered for planning purposes.
The actual work was done in good order. It was not a long wait for the job of a oil change. The only thing that I had issue was, there was no paper put down on the driver floor carpet. When i got home I noticed a big dirty foot print on the carpet. I had to take it out and clean it up. Usually for service they put down paper so this does not happen.
This is the third time that my car has been in for an issue in the 6 months since I bought it at your dealership in February. It was repaired quickly when I was able to get it there but it's extremely frustrating to have had to bring it in again. It's not convenient for me to be without a car. I pay more for a car and have a car payment so I don't have to have it in the shop every other month. I was told there were no rentals, which I understand, but I was scared to drive it for the rest of the week to get to a Saturday appointment never mind 2 weeks when a rental would be available.
