My 2016 Buick has had some engine related issues. The service team has been so helpful and patient, they explain what's wrong and what can be done. I was ready to cry and they assured me they would figure it out
Great experience! No pressure and no attempting to sell more than I wanted-- however due to their helpfulness, I did buy a better model than I originally expected to purchase! Very happy with the staff here!
As always Rich is very polite and considerate and he always lets me know what is going on with my vehicle and whether or not something further is needed. He is the best I have worked with in your service department.
Employees were extremely nice and friendly. Experience was great. Wait time is far too long. Seems like the dealership takes a group of cars at a time so when you get there you have to wait an hour for your car even though the actual service is a short amount of time. I suggest tailoring the service to an individualized basis. If that was done I would have rated higher.
This experience was a very reassuring one due to the fact that it was a reaccurring issue. Rich was very helpful and accessible. All of my questions were addressed immediately. My faith in my vehicles future performance was important. I believe the dealership has been successful in building my trust in my vehicle once again. Great job!!
I was told my repairs would be done in a day and cost around $680. I was given a rental for $35. I made it clear I had to fly out of state on Sunday. When I got the call Friday he said it wont be ready until Monday so I had to keep the rental. While out of state I got the call on Monday to tell me the repairs they did for $680 did not fix the problem and I had two options.....one was for $2100 and the other $6500. I asked on top of the $680 and he said yes. When I got back on Wednesday I paid $790 and nothing had changed with my vehicle. I went out that day and bought a new vehicle and traded my chevy in. I will never buy a chevy truck again. Thank you Rick.
