I had no car for 2 days. The first day was a morning appointment for diagnosis. I did not get my car back until after 5pm,( the car door was all in pieces in my back seat for a week). Had to order part and as soon as Rich had it in his hand he would call to get car back. I received no call. My son in law Adam(who is employed there) told me part has been in for 2 days. My husband had to call to see what was going on. He spoke to Rich who was not very professional. Made another early morning appointment to install part and again did not receive my car until after 5pm. So far the part they put in is working. Thank you.

The car I purchased had a lot of problems that needed to fixed which I found to be very frustrating. The repairs took took 1 week to accomplish. The good news is that every one went out if there way to make sure the repairs were done and that I had a car that I could use. Impressive
