They have been trying to fix 4 of my 2021 Chevy Silverado, they say it's fixes then I get it and it still doing the same then we noticed that the rear passenger window is now doing it, I called the service department to let them know that that we can't even use the front passengers window due to the problem they said they were waiting for parts which they keep saying for the last month but would call me. They never did I finally called to see left message no call back I had to call them same answer waiting for parts. Also waiting on my jack for my 2021 Trailblazer that we bought. It is not a good way to work with customers that bought two vehicles in two days. We spent a lot of money and are just not feeling that they are working with us on getting the repairs done. Extremely disappointed
We have been purchasing vehicles from SALVADORE for at least the last 25 years. Lost count on what number this purchase is. It is the third Equinox since 2006. There are also 2 other vehicles from 2013-2016���1 used & the other a new 2016 Trax. We also have the vehicles serviced at SALVADORE. We���ve had good experiences with the service and sales departments over the years. Which is why we keep coming back. We love all of the standard features that the LT version of Equinox has to offer. It���s just the perfect size for us. We will be back for more.
I bought my car there 4 months ago. This is the second time I have had it in for repairs. This time I had to have it towed because it started running very hard. It was towed there after hours on a Saturday. They sent me a text message at 7:45 Monday morning, got me into a rental by 8:20, and had my car fixed by that evening. I was very happy with the efficiency it was all handled with. While I'm pretty frustrated with having my new to me car there twice it was repaired quickly.
This is my 5th vehicle that we have purchased from Salvadores in Gardner, over the past 25 years, and that says everything you need to know.. If your happy with their services and all the people you deal with, "WHY CHANGE"
They were wonderfully communicative with keeping us updated on the status of our vehicle. It had a complicated issue to deal with, which they did perfectly, and we were able to get the car back in great shape.
