Brought my car in for a check engine light. They took me in, in a timely fashion and made necessary repairs.

My pickup truck experienced electrical ignition issues and took your team several attempts to properly identify and remedy solution. Service rep was very attentive to my needs and worked with me to get truck repaired asap. Unfortunately it required several redos until properly repaired but your team kept at it as well as kept me in loop with progress. Also your service manger worked with me on billing and I felt all in all was treated fairly and professional.

Alex was great! She let me know exactly what was wrong with my Equinox and gave me the options to make a decision.

Always satisfied when I bring my vehicles in for service.

I brought in my vehicle with two issues: A check engine light and a microphone that wasn't detecting speech for hands-free features. The check engine light ended up being a serious issue with rodent damage which was repaired. The microphone was also replaced but the issue was not resolved. I will have to continue not being able to use the feature that I paid for when I purchased the vehicle until I am able to bring it in once more for repairs. Alex, the service liaison, did a great job keeping me informed of what was happening with my vehicle. She was very responsive and helpful.
