Service writer was against me having a loaner offered a rental. Only cared about telling me about possible charges. Truck is one year old and only has 19000 miles on it. Upon return of vehicle found broken skid shield broken and bolts missing. So much for spending 65000.00 and getting any quality will never go back to this dealer

the service was great Rich did wonderful job to see that every thing was taken care off in cluding a free rental car while my car was in the shop very satisfied Salvadore Chey with there service work sencerly BEN LENO

Service was not performed as requested. Truck was to get first service as well as a full detail. This was confirmed the night before via phone when service dept called to confirm appointment. However only the first service was performed truck was not detailed. The person who called to say the truck was ready had no info on the detail or why it never happened.

I told the man at the desk my problem and he was very courteous and told me what he was going to do. He was a very nice guy. He had a courtesy car ready for me and they came and picked me up when the car was ready. All in all a very nice experience.
