I had a scheduled oil change for 2/24 at 8:00 a.m. I was told that the appointment was in error and had to sit for two hours for an oil change. I was also sold a cabin air filter for 70.00 dollars and now have a problem with a vibration in my cabin air system. I sent an email to the dealer over last weekend and have gotten no response. The problem needs to be fixed. Why haven’t they responded?

My saleman Deven was very helpful and knowledgeable about my truck . The entire staff was extremely professional throughout my entire buying process and was a pleasure to deal with . This is my second truck purchased at Salvadore and it won’t be my last !
Had to bring my truck back 3 times to get the same issue fixed but rich was very professional about it and couldnt apologize enough for it and was very quick on finding me a rental to use was mostly satisfied with my service at this location my family has been doing business with this dealership for years and they are always professional and kind
